The other day I was in Pet's Mart with my three wonderful children. They were begging me for guinea pig. The neighbor friend Wyatt, got one for Christmas so now my kids think they need one too. Then they wanted a bird and then they wanted a hamster and then they wanted a lizard and then they wanted a cat. Then Kenzie started to cry and Kayden took of running because a guy with two big dogs walked by. Anyway... I being the nice mother I am came home to my laboratory and cloned them some baby pigs! Just Kidding! Ryan's dad is raising pigs with my kids' help for the fair. They were born yesterday. Here are the baby pork chops.
And this is the proud mamma pig. She had 14 but 7 died. Kayden thinks they kind of look like Wyatt's guinea pig. So I told him he has 7 pets now so he doesn't need anymore!

Wow, that is a dream come true. Your kids get to have a pet that you don't have to keep at your house. It's all good! Are all three of them showing a pig this year? Good luck - I hope they're winners!
Sounds like lots of work and lots of fun. Have fun with your pigs.
okay--no fair-- i have to have our pig in our house what's the deal haha!!! Well hopefully that will keep your kids content and not begging for anything else for a while haha!!! Good luck showing them my kids have always wanted to do something like that but with no where to raise them we have been out of luck... plus kaden can come hold guinea anytime he needs a pet fix :)
Oh they are so little, maybe I'll have to take my kids out to see them. Are they @ Jeff & Myrna's? Kobe would love that:)
So...I used to think that baby pigs were cute, until John Nelson brought some to my classroom for show and tell when Mishae was in my class. They are cute, but they stink! I thought it was because pigs are dirty that they stink, I didn't realize they secrete that smell! Gross!
Here piggy piggy!
